Purchase & Domestic Delivery
Once the transaction with the jastip team is complete, the items are purchased on the chosen e-commerce platform or website and shipped to the Flash Globals office/warehouse in Indonesia.
Measurement
When the parcels arrive at the Flash Globals office, the purchased items are consolidated first and sent to the warehouse to be weighed and measured.
If the jastip team ships them directly to the warehouse, the parcels can be weighed and measured as soon as they arrive
measurement is based on both actual and volumetric weight, and the higher of the two is used as the basis for billing
Payment
Based on the measurement results, Customer Service will issue an invoice for shipping to Malaysia
and once payment has been made, the parcel will be processed and an Air Waybill (AWB) issued.
